At Kia Yorkdale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kia Yorkdale account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
